Sarah Vadnais | Creekside Coaching

History

As a child, Sarah always wanted to be a veterinarian. She attended Missouri State University, studying Biology and Equine studies in preparation for veterinary school. After several redirects in her life path, Sarah found herself a stay-at-home mom who was stressed and looking for more in life.

Sarah found coaching and discovered that as much as she enjoyed helping animals in her pursuit of veterinary studies, she really enjoyed helping people uncover hidden potentials. In 2009, Sarah attended over 250 hours of training to become a certified facilitator with Access Consciousness® and began coaching people. That was the start of Creekside Coaching. Now, seven years later, Sarah has attended additional training to be able to assist clients even deeper.

One of my absolute favorite things about my work is seeing that moment when the client sees what has been hidden and that light bulb kind of clicks on and a whole world of possibilities open up. That's where the joy is!

Our Vision

Sarah really enjoys helping people reach potentials that they didn't even know existed. From the moment they sit in the chair or lie down for The Bars®, clients are treated with respect and dignity as they move into deep relaxation. Sarah feels that treating people with respect is a ripple effect because when people truly feel seen and heard, they are more likely to see and hear others who, in turn, feel seen and heard...and the gift goes on.

Write something about the people who make your business go or your philosophy behind customer service.
Why? Because people want to know who they're doing business with. It's a human thing.
