Oftentimes people have questions about coaching and what to expect before, during and after a session.
What is coaching?
As a coach, Sarah will ask you questions to gauge where you are and where you would like to be. You will work with Sarah to develop the best possible path for you to have the things you would like in the best way possible for you. Coaching requires input from the client in order to be successful.
How do I prepare for a session?
There is very little preparation required on your part. A few days prior to our scheduled time, you will receive a short (5-10 minute) survey with questions that will help me prepare for our session.
What can I expect during a coaching session?
Everyone's experiences are different, ranging from a few tears to laughter to feeling as though you've fallen asleep. Most clients find our time together extremely relaxing and enjoy having new awareness of what can be possible with the tools we discuss.
What will happen after the session?
Honestly, that is up to you. There are endless possibilities!
What coaching is not...
Coaching is not a cure. Coaching is not a quick fix. Coaching is not a replacement for proper medical care, if necessary.
